Frank Gallagher - Broker

Frank Gallagher, a fifth generation Nevadan, has been involved in commercial real estate for over 38 years. He specializes in the sales and leasing of office, industrial and investment properties, as well as property development, throughout Northern Nevada.

Prior to forming Gallagher Commercial Properties, Gallagher was a founding partner in the firm Hale Day Gallagher, and resigned from Commercial Partners of Nevada to form Gallagher Commercial Properties in order to focus on specific needs of select clients. He was also the developing partner of 100 West Liberty, a 250,000 square foot, 12 story class A office building, as well as other projects throughout Northern Nevada.

In addition to completing over 350 sale and lease transactions throughout his career, Gallagher's accomplishments also include being a Member in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), a Member of the Reno/Sparks Chamber of Commerce, a Member of the Nevada State BAR Disciplinary Committee, past Chairman of the Board of Global, among numerous other state and local real estate organizations.

Gallagher is an active member in the Reno/Sparks community; he is presently a Trustee of Saint Mary's Health Network/Prime Healthcare, a Trustee Emeritus of the University of Nevada – Reno Foundation, past Trustee of the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN), past President of the Nevada Museum of Art, Past President of the Prospectors Club, as well as past Chairman of the Board of Saint Mary's Health Network Foundation.
