Frank Gallagher
Frank Gallagher, a fifth generation Nevadan, has been involved in commercial real estate for over 27 years. He specializes in the sales and leasing of office, industrial and investment properties, as well as property management and development, throughout Northern Nevada.
Prior to forming Commercial Partners of Nevada, Gallagher was a founding partner in the firm Hale Day Gallagher, as well as NAI Gallagher Commercial. He was also the developing partner of 100 West Liberty, a 250,000 square foot, 12 story class A office building, as well as other projects throughout Northern Nevada.
In addition to completing over 300 sale and lease transactions throughout his career, Gallagher's accomplishments also include Past Chairman of the Board for the NAI network, and membership in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), among numerous other state and local real estate organizations.
Gallagher is an active member in the Reno/Sparks community; he is presently a Trustee of Saint Mary's Health Network, a Trustee of the University of Nevada – Reno Foundation, past Trustee of the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN), past President of the Nevada Museum of Art, as well as past Chairman of the Board of Saint Mary's Health Network Foundation.
