Frank Gallagher represented the owner, in the sale of a downtown corner in Reno that for many years housed Woolworth’s. The 87,000 square foot seven story building consists of commercial space on the ground floor and office space above. The new owner, Battle Born Properties of Reno is planning a grocery store to serve the downtown area on the ground level with offices above.
